-------------- Forwarded Message: -------------- Dear Mr. Sandoval; Attached is a pdf file archived that was sent to me by a colleague regarding West Bank Cuz. In the original email I sent Chancellor Cordova there was a link to another MySpace page for the ISM at the end of the email. The ISM is aware I am monitoring their pages so changed the content at that link. My collegaue however has the original page archived which has the smae photo of West Bank Cuz with an AK47 machine gun. I will forward that to you as soon as I get it and also confirmation if this guy is a UCR student or not.
During our phone conversation one thing troubled me. You mentioned you were contacting SFSU and San Diegot Stae to inquire if previously similar events had posed problems. In my experience, the colleges usually do not see below the surface of these events as logistical and training events to help overseas terrorist groups destroy Israel and kill Israelis. No violence occurs on campuses in America (although at SFSU I was accosted several times and even followed into the restrooms).
I seriously do believe these events on campuses only promote anti-Semitism in the US and abroad and provide logsitical aid to the likes of Hamas. Even if Al Awda pays for facilities, they should not be allowed on campuses because they do not 1) promote peace but endless war on Israel until it is destroyed with their motto "From the River to the Sea" 2) Train people to roil the conflict indefiinitely. In addition, information they convey to students is usually untrue to propagandize against Israel and not based on academic scholarship; your university should not be a place simialr to the worst unviersities in the Arab totalitarian world. Al Awda is equally against the United States and has always supported the terrorists killing US troops in Iraq.
This is not a case of free speech. This is a wing of the PLO, run by the PFLP with a presence in America that uses America's campuses in a similar manner as the Muslim Brotherhood. It is time for university administrators to say no to these events on public campuses and you have more than ample notice at this point. I'll forward you the other info shortly.
Thank you.

I had one yesterday but he changed it: West Bank Cuz, 25, married, part of ISM, Taurus. California college student, probably enrolled at UC Riverside. He is linked to major ISM page.

Dear Mr. Sandoval; I disucussed with you earlier that Al Awda has refused to admit certain Jews to their conferences and you assured me that since the University is a taxpayer-supported institution, people could not be barred from a public forum. SFSU required Al Awda to admit anyone who wanted to attend after they tried prohibitng Jews known to support Israel from attending due to the public nature of the academy.
Today, I paid $60 to attend the conference so I could report on it. I used my own name and identity which Al Awda knows due to my exposing them as a reporter. You assured me I would not be harassed when I attended and that nobody could be barred. Please note the email I received below from PayPal telling me that Al Awda refunded my registration (maybe only partially) within one hour of my paying it to register. Please note I already paid for my plane fare and hotel and car reservation at the same time that I registered. If you go to this link: http://al-awda.org/convention5/reservations.html
you can read the follwoing statement: "Note: The convention host committee reserves the right to decline any reservation at its sole discretion for any reason."
SFSU made them remove that statement from their website. Surely UCR does not want Al Awda restricting Jews from coming on campus for what is billed as a nonviolent event and contrary to University policy? By the way, I have not received that email promised in which I was to be assured security would only be handled by university personnel, not Al Awda people and that cameras and recorders would be allowed.
Please call me so we can discuss and resolve this issue. After 5 pm you can reach me at ..xxx xxx xxxx..Please see below the email from PayPal I received sans any explanation. > > ----- Original Message ----- From: <service@paypal.com> > To: "Lee Kaplan" > Sent: Friday, April 20, 2007 1:51 PM > Subject: Your payment has been refunded > > > Dear Lee Kaplan, > > > Palestine Right to Return Coalition (info@al-awda.org) has issued you > a full or partial refund for your payment. > > Please do not reply to this email. Dear Lee,
We were recently notified by student organizers that the Al Awda Convention will not be held on the UCR campus. I have no further details but we have cancelled all rooms reserved for this event.

Dear Jim;
1. I sent a postal money order for $60 to the PRRC per the website for my reservation at their Conference on the UCR campus on April 24th. Thus far, my return receipt for the mail has not come back despite the fact the post office says it should have been delivered. I would like for you to make sure my reservation is established so I will have no problem at the door. You told me to contact you if I had any problems. As mentioned, at the SFSU AL Awda COnference certain Jews were prevented from attending an open event on a public university campus.
2.You promised to send me in wriitng confirmation that only UC Police would be allowed to handle security and that cameras and recorders would be allowed per university policy. So far, I have not received this and would appreciate your doing so.
3. Finally, please visit the link below. It makes accusations against Jews and has a letter from American Nazi Party leader, Pastor Ray Redfeairn in support of Al Awda/PRRC /Radio Islam that was involved in posting the site: http://www.radioislam.org/resistance/massacr.htm For info on Redfeairn go to: http://www.adl.org/learn/ext_us/Aryan_Nations.asp?xpicked=3&item=an
The site Radio Islam has Al Awda all over it as the contact organization and its chapters as well. It was published in the year 2000 and forgotten. This shows another link between Al Awda, the PRRC and the Nazi Party. It would certainly qualify as a reason to cancel this conference at UCR if the college does not condone or support anti-Semtism on campus or Nazism. By the way, the accusations in the website against Jews are unfounded. The Mohammed al-Dura tale was proven to be a fake and the Palestinian cameraman who shot it recanted. Al Awda/PRRC thrives on plausible deniability but this website Radio Islam is ample evidence of what I have been telling you.
I would appreciate hearing about these issues as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Regarding the web page link above, I would appreciate your not telling the Al Awda folks about it unless you cancel their conference because of it, as I plan on exposing it in an upcoming article of mine.It is important you see other Radio Islam sites and what they say about Jews being the enemy and to kill them: http://www.radioislam.org/ for example with commentary for you Ive provded at this link: http://www.adl.org/poisoning_web/rami.asp The following is written on the Radio Islam page:
"Al-Awda/the Palestine Right to Return Coalition strongly urges all peace-loving people to protest the ongoing massacres and to demand that the United States government immediately stop providing the weapons to Israel which are used to massacre civilians."
Israel does not massacre civilians, but Al Awda/the PRRC is clearly involed with Radio Islam and so are the Aryan Nations and Nazi Party in the US. Please note also the number of chapters of Al Awda referred to on the page for "protests" with their contact information. I realize you say you consulted the Unviersity's counsel about this conference, but the Univeristy lawyer no doubt knew nothing of this information (that is why Al Awda and the ISM thrive on our campuses). The confernce is a training and strategy event to attack Jews in the US and abroad financially and is anti-Semitic. It violates US Civil Rights laws as well. Lee Kaplan
