Al Awda/ISM Activist Compares Hamas Leader to Jesus

A Christian member of the International Solidarity Movement writes an ode to a mass killer and terrorist leader equating him with Jesus Christ

Yesterday Front Page ran an article by me about an open email from the International Solidarity Movement sponsor Al-Awda, a.k.a. The Palestine Right to Return Coalition, one of the main sponsors of the Palestine Solidarity Conference scheduled to be at Georgetown University next month. Written also by Al Awda activist Raja Chemayel, the email exhorted suicide bombers to blow up the intensive care facility at Hadassah hospital where Ariel Sharon is recovering. Chemayel even exhorted the killing of Arabs there. Now it seems Chemayel wrote a memorial to Sheik Ahmed Yassin, a founder and former head of Hamas, who was responsible for the deaths of over 350 people due to terrorist attacks inside Israel, including some American citizens. Chemayel’s other article, a badly written poem, compares Yassin to Jesus Christ and says Jesus was not a Jew, but a Palestinian! Yassin was killed by an Israeli Apache helicopter that precision targeted the terrorist leader and took him out without harming innocent civilians.

But it doesn’t end just there.

Chemayel, as a member of Al-Awda, admits he is a volunteer with the International Solidarity Movement and apparently lives in the Netherlands.    A little further research uncovered another article about Sharon written this very week by Chemayel in which he decries suicide bombers for taking “the wrong bus” and not killing Sharon, but letting him die of natural causes. This is yet another ode to suicide bombings by an ISM activist:

Shame on us...Arabs!

By the time I am writing this message Ariel Sharon is still alive, fighting for his life in a deluxe hospital in the occupied Palestine .

Probably, he might even be buried in Jerusalem where Yasser Arafat was not allowed, even to a final rest !!

A Russian-immigrant-invader-robber-slaughter shall be buried where Jerusalem's son, Yasser Arafat could not...................

Shame on us Arabs !!!

Shame !! Because Ariel Sharon would have died of natural causes while he was the greatest orphan-maker we knew, since Holaco, since Genghis, the Malaria , Yellow Fever.....
and our ignorance , too !

Shame on us !! Also because we could not succeed taking him  to any Criminal-Court.......
hopefully he could still be judged "in abstention" (sic-he means absentia)
History, alone....is a very slow Judge !!

Shame also on any honest-Israeli ( if such exists ) for re-electing him after the scandals of Sabra-Chatila, Jenin etc...

Shame also on our Suicide-Bombers, who took "the wrong bus "........  [red  added for emphasis]

Shame on Justice itself.....
because the chances are, Sharon shall die from natural-causes......

Shame also on who ever called him: "Man of Peace"

Shame on anyone who would call this event:
"A Triumph"............
this event, what ever it is..........came much too late !!

But I take comfort knowing that Ariel Sharon
soon , shall meet

Raja Chemayel

By hosting the next Palestine Solidarity Movement Conference where “Christians” like Raja Chemayel will now meet for “training and strategy sessions,” Georgetown, a Catholic college, is giving aid and comfort to terrorist movements.  Just as Chemayel bills himself as a “Christian for Hamas,” shall Georgetown now be considered a “Christian college for Hamas” too? The theme for the February conference will be more than just trying to get universities to divest from Israel as in the past. It will be to convince Christians to martyr themselves for the PLO and separate Christian churches and values from support for Israel.  Chemayel’s words reveal the true goals of Al Awda and the ISM, and Georgetown despite this is still trying to sell a terrorist-supporting event as an academic exercise in “freedom of speech” by cynically allowing the manipulation of Christians to support the likes of Hamas.

I wrote President DeGioia of Georgetown and asked him to ask the ISM leadership, of which Al-Awda is a major part, to denounce terrorism against Israelis on the Georgetown website since the ISM always says that “as a solidarity movement, it is not our place to dictate what tactics the Palestinians use to resist.” He still has yet to answer one email I sent to him.
